Please note that all our products are made to order or customized, requiring up to 20 days for production to ensure quality. Once your clothes are crafted, please allow an additional 5-7 days for shipping to your address. We appreciate your patience as we create something special just for you!

Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery

Standard Shipping: Takes 5 to 7 business days. Cost is $5.00 (Free on orders over $100).

Express Shipping: Takes 1 to 2 business days. Cost is $15.00.

Customized Items

Customized items are final sale.

They cannot be returned or exchanged.
Standard Items Timeframe

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return standard items.

Late returns are not accepted.
Condition

Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Items must have original tags attached.

Final sale items cannot be returned.
Refund Process

Send items back in their original package.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we get the item.
Exchange Policy:

You can exchange standard items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must meet the same unworn and unwashed conditions as returns.
Process

Email our support team with your order number and the new size or color you want.

Send the original item back to us. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.

We will ship your new item once we receive and inspect the original.
Out of Stock Items
If your requested exchange size or color is out of stock, you have two options:

Customize your size with us (which will take 15 days to create).

Receive a full refund back to your original payment method.
